- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor and manage payroll processing and related tax filings
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process with accurate data and insights
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external accountants during audits or year-end tax filings
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting workflows and internal controls
- Provide financial reporting support to leadership and department heads
