Salesforce Business Analyst

Peak Performers has partnered with a Texas State Agency to assist in their search for a Salesforce Business Analyst in Austin, Tx . In this contract position, you will be responsible for policy initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and process improvements.

Major duties

• Gathering business requirements, documenting workflows and business processes, analyzing data trends, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to enhance programs and initiatives.
• Gather requirements for a custom-built application in Salesforce, preferably within a government environment.
• User interface and workflow analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder communication.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• 8 years of experience executing the business analysis and documentation of requirements and process for IT and business solutions that will meet Program, ITS, and User needs.
• 8 years of experience working complex projects throughout all development phases, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• 4 years of experience working in Salesforce.
• 2 years of proficiency in Visio or other process workflow tools.
• 2 years of experience working with confidential data and process implementation to provide information security.
• Experience working with user story development in Azure DevOps.
• Experience in Agile development and backlogs preferred.
• Experience working in Public Sector preferred.
