This position is located on Austin, Texas with a hybrid working model expectation.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Salesforce modernization initiative focused on transforming licensing and permitting processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to gather requirements, document current and future state processes, and ensure successful alignment with project goals. Some of the responsibilities include:
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Support the configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions for licensing and permitting.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather input and validate requirements.
Coordinate with development teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Public Sector experience,
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Must have 3 years of experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700 - $121,200.
