Major duties
- Independently manage assigned workstreams and deliverables across one or more functional areas (systems support, governance, reporting, audits, enablement).
- Coordinate across stakeholders (PODs, ProcOps, Legal, Compliance, Systems) to drive timely execution, issue resolution, and delivery of outcomes.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and executive‑ready summaries related to policy/process adherence, quality control, and project status.
- Support Procurement‑related audits, M&A, integrations, divestitures, and plan decommissioning efforts by coordinating evidence, tracking actions, and ensuring consistent documentation control.
- Train & onboard peers (Levels 1–2) and act as peer mentor.
- Support administration, maintenance, access management, and user enablement for Procurement tools and platforms (e.g., Coupa, CLMA, CNET, IKR, ServiceNow, SharePoint/Teams, Smartsheet).
- Develop and maintain system standards, job aids, quick reference guides (QRGs), and training materials to enable consistent tool usage and policy adherence.
- Support sourcing and contracting standards through maintenance of SOPs, playbooks, checklists, templates, and clause libraries, in partnership with Legal and Compliance as applicable.
- Coordinate and execute Procurement new‑hire onboarding setup activities (checklists, access provisioning, orientation materials) and maintain onboarding resources.
- Triage, manage, and/or resolve help desk cases and requests; identify recurring issues and propose automation or self-service improvements.
- Perform out‑of‑compliance (OOC) contract intake and review activities, including document intake, remediation coordination, and repository updates.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of contract records, system data, Procurement tools, and resource libraries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and governance.
- Support policy oversight activities (updates, review cycles, change documentation, and communications) and assist with interpretation of standards for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to Procurement training, certification, and playbook development efforts, including content maintenance and governance.
- Coordinate with Compliance to gather, validate, and communicate regulatory requirements impacting Procurement processes and vendor contracting, as assigned.
- Support execution and management of product attachments and related regulatory submission packaging, including status tracking and documentation control, as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years relevant experience in procurement, contracting/compliance support, operations, reporting/analytics, project management, or enterprise enablement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel required); ability to translate data into clear summaries and recommendations.
- Experience with Coupa and/or contract lifecycle tools (e.g., CLMA), ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or SharePoint administration.
- Experience producing clear documentation (SOPs, guides, job aids) and delivering end-user support or training.
- Project coordination experience (workplans, status reporting, stakeholder communications).
- Experience supporting audits, compliance evidence gathering, or regulated environments (healthcare preferred).
- Rate: $42.89/hour
- W2 Contract
