Major Duties
- Perform advanced financial analysis and reconciliation activities related to tickets, surplus, and North Loop operations.
- Ensure compliance with GASB 87 and other applicable financial and regulatory standards.
- Develop financial objectives, forecasts, and performance strategies.
- Create and implement internal financial policies and procedures.
- Interpret and advise on technical financial and regulatory compliance matters.
- Review and analyze financial data, business information, and regulatory plans to support informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance, Economics, or a related field ( Master’s preferred).
- 4 years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GASB standards and government or public-sector accounting practices.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment .
- Compensation Rate: $52.00/hour.
- Length of Engagement: ASAP- 8/31/2026.
- Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours per week)
