Major Duties
- Process personnel transactions and support documentation related to employee records and staffing actions
- Assist with SAFs and other HR administrative workflows
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in internal systems
- Support the HR team with routine compensation and personnel-related inquiries
- Enter and verify data in HR systems (such as SAP or other HRIS platforms)
- Assist with compiling reports and tracking HR activities using spreadsheets and internal databases
- Provide general administrative and operational support to HR staff as needed
- Ensure HR documentation and transactions comply with applicable policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- 1–3 years of HR, administrative, or personnel support experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Basic intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP
- Exposure to compensation or HR operations
- Experience supporting personnel transactions or HR documentation
- Previous experience in a government or public-sector environment
- Rate: $30.00 per hour
- Length of Engagement: 3 Months.
- Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
- Location: Austin, TX 78751. Onsite.
