Inventory Care and Organization
- Help maintain an orderly and well-organized storage environment where items are clearly labeled and easy to locate.
- Assist with routine inventory counts to ensure that records stay accurate and up to date.
- Support the safe storage, movement, and organization of equipment and supplies in a clean, climate-controlled setting.
- Enter item details, locations, and updates into the inventory system with care and attention to detail.
- Help review and reconcile records when something does not match, working patiently to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain documentation that is clear and ready for review at any time. Training on systems and processes will be provided.
- Track supply levels across departments and notify the team when restocking is needed.
- Assist with preparing items for use, reallocation, repair, or retirement.
- Help support smooth daily operations by making sure items are ready when teams need them.
- Work alongside staff from different departments with a cooperative and service-minded approach.
- Share updates, ask questions when needed, and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.
- Participate in routine check-ins to support continuous organization and care of shared resources.

- Experience in a government agency or large organization is a plus.
- Comfortable using inventory tracking systems or software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

- Pay: $20.00/hour
- Contract Duration: Immediate start – August 31, 2026
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours/week)
- Location: Austin, TX (78751) Onsite
