Product Manager/Owner (Manufacturing Domain)
Location: Wilmington, DE
Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive customer-centric digital solutions with strong background in manufacturing domain. This role will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translate strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps, and lead the delivery of digital platforms, applications, and customer-facing tools. Looking for someone with demonstrated experience in ERP System, Order To Cash, Supply Chain and Customer Service Management.
Experience:
- Overall around 10-12 years of experience in product management with 7 years of relevant experience as Agile Product Owner or product manager ideally in chemical manufacturing eco system.
- in product ownership and customer success management.
- Must Have Certification: CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
Technical:
- Deep knowledge in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Knowledge of project tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Exposure to CRM (Salesforce)
- Familiarity with data analytics and customer usage metrics
Education & Certifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics Technology, or related field
