Business Analyst
Location: Lewisville, TX
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have equivalent work experience of 2-4 years demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in the specified area.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and solution definition.
- Translate business needs into user stories, business process flows, functional- and technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of OTA services.
- Coordinate worldwide application setup, onboarding, and configuration activities across multiple countries and markets.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, Architects, Engineers, Business Stakeholders and more to deliver effective solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings across geographically distributed teams.
- Support system integration initiatives involving APIs, connected vehicle platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Coordinate and support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure solutions align with global standards, data governance policies, and local market requirements.
Highly Recommended:
- Experience working in under Agile/Scrum methodology and collaborating with cross-functional product teams.
- Familiarity with Agile project management software such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and other related software development life cycle tools.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and cloud-based applications.
- Proven experience working effectively within multicultural and geographically distributed teams, particularly across European and Indian organizations.
