Location: Cleveland OH(Onsite)

• Strong knowledge of QMS process areas (CAPA, NCR, Document Control, Supplier Quality).

• Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and building process flows.

• Hands-on experience with Hexagon ETQ

• Understanding of manufacturing operations, quality audits & compliance standards.

• Strong skills in tools: Visio, Jira, Confluence, Excel.
