Summary of the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the main point of contact for existing accounts, providing reliable, solutions focused support. You’ll assist senior account executives, help optimize customer programs, and ensure documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction, account success, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing customer accounts.
Support senior account executives with daily tasks, inquiries, and customer needs.
Analyze customer problems and provide timely, effective resolutions.
Assist with incentive studies and help prepare proposals for customer leads.
Prepare, process, and audit forms, reports, and documents.
Perform various administrative tasks such as distributing mail, filing, faxing, duplicating, and typing.
QualificationsRequired
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic office software and administrative tools.
Experience supporting account executives or sales teams.
Background in distribution, logistics, or a similar fast paced industry.
Knowledge of customer incentive programs or proposal preparation.

Pay Rate: 17.87 – 21.60 per hour

Pay Details: 17.87 to 21.60 per hour
