Pay Details: $64.00 per hour

In this critical role, you’ll apply your expertise in structural analysis and materials science to ensure the safety, strength, and performance of advanced aerospace systems.
Your work will be instrumental in shaping aircraft designs that meet demanding performance goals, comply with stringent regulatory standards, and push the boundaries of aerospace innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Perform structural analysis using advanced methods such as finite element modeling, static and fatigue analysis, damage tolerance analysis, thermal and vibration assessments, and structural testing.
- Evaluate structural adequacy to ensure designs meet customer requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle—from concept through post-delivery.
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of structures and components.
- Document analysis findings and provide technical recommendations to support design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Proven experience in aerospace structural analysis (metallic or composite).
- Proficiency in finite element modeling and structural evaluation.
- Strong understanding of materials technology, stress analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience performing fatigue, damage tolerance, or vibration analyses on complex aircraft structures.
- Familiarity with structural testing and data correlation.
- Knowledge of product development processes and design collaboration tools.
