Job Type: Full-Time | 12-Month Consultant Assignment

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay Rate: $49.11 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to find a results-driven Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full-cycle recruiting process—connecting top talent to critical roles across Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality functions. Your work will directly impact the teams building and sustaining cutting-edge aerospace solutions.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will:

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for high-volume, non-exempt roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft compelling job descriptions
• Source, identify, and engage diverse, high-quality candidates using multiple recruiting channels
• Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against role requirements
• Coordinate and support hiring events and recruiting initiatives
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear, timely communication
• Collaborate with HR partners on compensation, compliance, and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate, real-time data in applicant tracking systems
• Build and sustain talent pipelines through networking and outreach strategies
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations (OFCCP/EEOC)
• Support interview scheduling and logistics as needed
• Contribute to TA projects, mentorship, and enterprise-wide initiatives
  
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of recruiting experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of equivalent experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High sense of urgency and accountability
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with exceptional time management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday ATS
• Experience with Indeed sourcing tools
• Background in high-volume recruiting (operations, supply chain, or quality roles)
• Experience in aerospace or automotive industries
• Experience coordinating hiring events or recruitment campaigns
• Exposure to community outreach and employment branding initiatives

Pay Details: $49.11 per hour
