Location: Indianapolis, IN | Payrate: 30 – 39.95/hour | Schedule: Friday - Monday 7 am - 5pm (only during training period) & Thursday – Sunday 7 am – 5 PM
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the innovative medicines industry to hire a skilled Validation Technician. In this critical role, you will support the validation and readiness of advanced manufacturing systems—particularly isolator fill lines—ensuring processes, equipment, and procedures meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Your work will directly contribute to the safe and efficient production of life-changing therapies.
What You’ll Do
As a Mechanical Validation Technician, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring manufacturing excellence and compliance:
Write and execute media protocols, validation procedures, and guiding documents to support isolator fill line readiness.
Provide on-the-floor guidance to manufacturing teams, working closely with operators to ensure validated, compliant processes.
Review and assess manufacturing documentation to ensure alignment with quality standards, internal policies, and global regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Technical Operations and cross-functional teams to support knowledge transfer and project deliverables.
Monitor and report on validation KPIs and performance metrics, supporting strategic project goals.
Develop and execute Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols for equipment and processes.
Contribute to and refine validation policies and documentation, including SOPs, Validation Master Plans (VMPs), and Critical Process Parameters (CPPs).
Support validation across processes, cleaning systems, equipment, utilities, and computerized systems.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of validation and qualification principles in a regulated environment.
Ability to quickly gain and apply knowledge of regulatory requirements and scientific principles relevant to the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of experience in validation/qualification roles.
Experience supporting aseptic manufacturing or isolator-based systems.
Familiarity with global regulatory standards and quality systems.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and operational teams.

Pay Details: 30.00 to 39.95 per hour
