As an integral member of the Infrastructure Team, you’ll work closely with teammates across divisions—supporting both in-person and remote users, maintaining IT equipment, and implementing cloud-based solutions. Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour

Your efforts will help ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of the systems that keep our operations moving forward.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Provide timely, professional technical support both remotely and on-site.
- Order, configure, deploy, and support IT hardware and software.
- Manage IT equipment inventory and ensure accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with business users to understand and support their technology needs.
- Participate in IT projects, including the implementation of Azure cloud solutions.
- Respond to support requests with urgency and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Document procedures, solutions, and system configurations for consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed to support operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 1 year in a technical support role.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly (especially within the first 90 days).
- AZ-900 Certification (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals)
- MD-102 Certification (Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and cloud migration processes
- Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Exposure to agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks efficiently
- Commitment to high-level customer service and user support
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable, organized, and accountable
