Pay Details: $35.00 to $43.00 per hour

About The Role

Your attention to detail and systems expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity of product data and supporting continuous design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage registration and release of design drawings using CATIA V5/V6 platforms
- Troubleshoot CAD system issues and assist in improving functionality and efficiency
- Coordinate and process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and drawing distributions
- Maintain control of technical documents, BoMs, bulletins, specs, and standards
- Provide critical administrative and project support across engineering functions
- Uphold compliance with client-specific design processes and configuration control
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet fast-paced development milestones
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in document control, registration, or engineering project support
- Background in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Hands-on experience with CATIA V5/V6 and familiarity with CAD system workflows
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); MS Project a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience with Navision, NEWS, SharePoint, and MRP systems
- Knowledge of drawing standards, configuration management, and BOM processes
- Familiarity with HES (Engineering Standards) and RE-X (drawing database)
