This is a key role supporting our Design Process Management (DPM) team, responsible for managing CAD system performance (CATIA V5/V6), design documentation, drawing release processes, and configuration control. If you're a natural organizer who thrives in technical environments and enjoys improving workflows, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and optimize CAD tools (CATIA V5 & V6)
- Manage Bill of Materials (BoM) creation and synchronization using Navision
- Control design documentation flow through 3DX and manage ECNs
- Coordinate part numbers and ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Support the release of tech bulletins and specifications via SharePoint & Microsoft tools
- Identify and implement process improvements for design workflows
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years in document control, CAD support, or project coordination
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with CATIA, MRP systems, and configuration management tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; Microsoft Project proficiency preferred
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently
