Now Hiring Lead Maintenance Technicians in Blue Ash, OH!
Shift: 2nd, 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday (Potential for OT)
Rate: $32.00-$38.00 (Based off experience/interview)
Overview: This is an hourly paid position with varying overtime. There is not a supervisor on second shift so the lead is the point of contact for the maintenance employees on that shift and has a lot of autonomy. There are about 3-5 employees that are being led. It is a working lead position.
Essential Functions:
- Prioritize assignments for the maintenance employees
- Be able to Perform preventative maintenance when needed
- Work on projects, as assigned
- Utilize various hand, power and measuring tools
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
Qualifications:
- Technical school majoring in electrical controls and automation can be substituted by ten years or so of hands-on experience working with automation machines
- Background with hydraulic pump, valves, etc... and electrical controls
- Ability to read PLC ladder logic and hydraulic schematics
- Knowledge of three phase motor controls, AC/DC servo drives
- Previous experience leading a group of maintenance employees
- Manufacturing/Industrial maintenance experience is preferred
