NOW HIRING a Data Entry/CSR Clerk for a furniture company (Warehouse) in City of Rosemead
Manage daily administrative operations, data entry, fast typing, CSR.
SHIFT 8am to 4:45pm Monday to Friday
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Generate reports and retrieve data upon request
- Organize and file digital and physical documents
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide information about products, services, orders, and policies
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Typing: Ability to type at least 80 words per minute.
