General Superintendent – Grading / Paving
Pay: DOE (discussed during interview) DOE

Summary:
The General Superintendent oversees daily grading and paving operations, leading a crew of 10–15 while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role works closely with management to plan work, coordinate resources, and address field challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate grading and paving crews
- Ensure quality, safety, and productivity on all job sites
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budget control
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Oversee materials, equipment, and maintenance
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Adapt to weather and schedule changes as needed
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in grading and paving supervision
- Strong knowledge of paving operations, compaction, and rolling patterns
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record)
- Able to travel and work flexible hours as required
