As our Intake Lead, you will be the friendly, professional first point of contact for customers, insurance partners, and colleagues. Your organization, communication skills, and “can-do” attitude will set the tone for exceptional service and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Professionally represent Paul Davis in every interaction—phone, email, and in person.
- Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Intake all new business losses/leads, secure estimator assignments, and dispatch efficiently.
- Review and ensure all new losses via phone and email are properly addressed and entered into our system.
- Communicate effectively and follow through with the Intake Team to close the loop on customer service.
- Generate and email monthly NPS reports and respond to customer complaints with care.
- Serve as backup to the Intake Specialist during vacations or sick days.
- Assist with Intake Meeting agendas and other team needs.
- Support colleagues with miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years as a receptionist or in a related customer service role.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent multi-tasking and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Strong listening, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational abilities.
- Flexible and positive “can-do” attitude.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
Work Environment & Requirements
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch).
- Occasional overtime or work outside regular hours during catastrophes.
- Physical demands: Extensive sitting and typing.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required.
