We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Intake Specialist / Receptionist to be the welcoming voice and face of our Waukesha office. This role is key to creating a positive first impression for our customers and partners while supporting our busy restoration team.
Requirements
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and compassion, both in person and over the phone
- Handle incoming calls by assisting new customers with the intake process, gathering key details, and entering information accurately and promptly into our systems to ensure seamless follow-up and service
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring messages are delivered promptly to the right team members
- Assist customers with intake, gathering information and entering it accurately into our systems
- Manage office inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing timely orders, and ensuring essential supplies are available to support daily operations.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer experience
