What You’ll Do:
- Respond quickly to emergency calls—no two days are the same
- Extract water, clean smoke/fire damage, remediate mold, and restore structures
- Document everything clearly for our estimators and clients
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Provide empathetic, reassuring customer service when people need it most
- Maintain equipment and vehicles—always ready for go-time
- Be on-call for rotating emergency response shifts
- Support and mentor newer technicians
- Embrace safety—PPE always provided and required
What You Bring to the Team:
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Physically able to lift/move 5–100 lbs and work in tough environments (heat, cold, confined spaces)
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Team player mindset with strong communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
