What You Bring
• 2–5 years of sales, customer service, or high-volume client interaction experience
• Natural ability to persuade, guide, and build trust quickly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working with call quotas, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Professionalism when handling sensitive or emotional conversations
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRMs, and learning new systems
• Experience in legal or medical environments (preferred but not required)
