What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver best-in-class restoration services.
- Manage daily operations, financials, staffing, and performance metrics.
- Partner with ownership and leadership to set sales goals and execute growth strategies.
- Oversee multiple departments (Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents, Warehouse, Administration).
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction, reputation management, and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
- Use data and KPIs to drive accountability, process improvement, and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership: 5 years in management with proven success leading diverse teams.
- Industry Knowledge: 2 years in restoration, construction, or related field preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Skills: Strong communicator, analytical thinker, and hands-on problem solver.
- Mindset: Growth-driven, adaptable, and resilient—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- IICRC certifications a plus.
