Key Position Responsibilities
- Administers school operational policies and procedures
- Regularly attend and supervise at evening school functions
- Interprets and enforces district policies and administrative regulations
- Collects, maintains, and reports data regarding students as required
- Design, coordinate, and implement trauma informed practices at Pattonville High School
- Provide leadership, guidance, mentoring for high school educators
- Serve as the lead liaison with the transition of students from middle school to high school
- Work with students and families to develop individual student academic growth plans
- Evaluate and support assigned staff members
- Commits to work hours necessary to meet established goals for school improvement
- Prepares and maintains various written reports
- Performs other related tasks as assigned
