Key Responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally, diplomatically, and efficiently with staff, students, and members of the school community.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread and edit routine correspondence for spelling and grammatical accuracy.
- Proficient with Apple operating systems.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and projects, including bookkeeping, resolving invoice issues, and processing checks.
- Able to answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner, providing accurate information or referring to the appropriate contact.
- Familiarity with school district operations, general office procedures, and administrative protocols.
- Knowledge and proper use of standard office equipment and technology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and accessible files and records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with staff, students, families, and the public.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in modern office software and technology, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools.
