Director of Recruiting

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Recruiting Director to lead our high-performing agency recruitment teams. In this role, you will oversee daily talent acquisition operations, optimize service delivery across multi-industry client accounts, and spearhead aggressive business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in agency billing structures, client relationship lifecycle management, and leading scaling teams of executive recruiters, 360 consultants, and account managers.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Design and execute scalable agency recruitment frameworks to maximize fulfillment rates, permanent placements, and contract staffing revenue.
• Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of 10 recruitment consultants, driving accountability through clear performance metrics and daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Client Management: Act as the senior escalation point for premium client accounts, advising hiring stakeholders on market intelligence, talent availability, and structured salary benchmarking.
• Business Development: Partner with executive leadership to identify emerging industry verticals and expand market share through organic account growth and modern talent pipelines.
• Tech Optimization: Audit and optimize the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and automated sourcing platforms.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding practices strictly adhere to international, federal, and local labor legislation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in highly preferred.
• Experience: recruitment experience in a staffing or recruitment agency environment.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding agency billing targets, gross margin objectives, and team placement quotas.
• Sourcing Mastery: Deep technical expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies, including programmatic job advertising, social recruiting, and precise Boolean strings.
• Soft Skills: Elite negotiation, presentation, and conflict-resolution capabilities alongside exceptional emotional intelligence.
