- Promote a culture of ownership, proactive problem-solving, and high-quality execution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Asset Managers, fostering a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and align individual and team goals with broader organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute asset management strategies to optimize portfolio performance and long-term value.
- Establish KPIs, performance standards, and reporting frameworks across the portfolio.
- Identify risks and opportunities, driving initiatives that enhance performance and asset value.
- Provide strategic direction for lifecycle management, including asset optimization and capital planning.
- Oversee all aspects of asset performance, including operational effectiveness, compliance, and financial outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, finance, and commercial teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient asset performance.
- Monitor asset health, performance metrics, and maintenance strategies to maximize availability and output.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the portfolio.
- Deliver accurate, decision-oriented financial and operational assessments with clear executive-level communication.
- Ensure financial deliverables meet high-quality standards with strong analytical rigor and minimal errors.
- Support initiatives that enhance revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall financial performance.
- Demonstrate accountability for P&L performance and delivery of measurable financial results.
- Ensure all assets meet regulatory, contractual, and internal compliance requirements with complete, accurate documentation.
- Maintain strong audit readiness and high standards for data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and contingency plans.
- Identify and lead high-impact initiatives focused on revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Quantify and validate financial impact of improvement initiatives.
- Drive accountability for delivering measurable value across the asset portfolio.
- Read, interpret, negotiate, and execute complex contracts to protect organizational interests and support financial and operational objectives.
- Oversee key commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, and partner contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through structured engagement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in asset management, operations, finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated P&L responsibility and a proven track record of improving financial and operational performance.
- Experience managing complex contracts and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in power generation, renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities Industries strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with asset-intensive operating environments and long-term contractual structures, preferred.
