Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and assist them throughout their stay
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Issue room keys and maintain accurate guest records
- Post charges and transactions to guest folios
- Maintain and reconcile a cash bank with precision
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns in alignment with company standards
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Promote and sell lobby merchandise
- Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently
- Clearly communicate resort amenities, services, and updates to guests and owners
- Collaborate effectively with other departments
- Ensure all folios are accurate and up to date
- Conduct hourly pool checks to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Verify owner accounts and financial information
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming coffee station
- Prepare guest welcome packets
- Update maintenance boards with room and guest issues
- Assist with beer and wine sales at the pool bar
- Complete all assigned daily checklist duties
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with professionalism and courtesy
