Laser Tag Attendant – Full-Time Seasonal
Steele Hill Resorts is nestled in the scenic town of Sanbornton, New Hampshire—just 15 minutes from Tilton and Belmont. Position Summary
The Laser Tag Attendant is responsible for delivering a fun, safe, and engaging experience for all guests participating in laser tag activities. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Steele Hill Resorts in a professional and positive manner
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a high-quality experience
- Manage and operate the reservation system efficiently
- Enforce and maintain all safety guidelines for attractions and activity areas
- Assess activity conditions, including weather and guest abilities, to ensure safe participation
- Rotate through and support all attendant positions as needed
- Supervise guests during laser tag sessions to ensure safety and enjoyment
- Clean, organize, and properly store all equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the laser tag arena
- Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by taking initiative and supporting departmental needs
