A highly motivated and analytical Strategy Consulting Manager is sought to support cross-border business initiatives between Japan and North America. This role involves working closely with executive-level clients across various industries to deliver data-driven strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution and manage consulting teams
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry/regulatory research
- Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis and business insights
- Manage client relationships and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Prepare client deliverables, primarily using PowerPoint
- Support business development efforts, including proposal creation
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions
- Mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
(5 years acceptable for candidates from consulting firms)
- Japanese/English bilingual proficiency (Japanese required)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and logically
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
