Quality Engineer | Drive Excellence in Advanced Manufacturing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring product excellence across our manufacturing operations. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence processes, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation
- Monitor and improve production processes to ensure consistent product quality
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues
- Conduct internal audits and support customer and external audits
- Analyze quality data, KPIs, and trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including PFMEA and Control Plans
- Review and approve inspection plans and test procedures
- Partner with suppliers on quality performance, including SCARs
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
- 3–7 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in semiconductor, robotics, or automation industries is a plus
- Strong expertise in:
- Root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Statistical analysis / SPC
- PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
- Proficiency in Excel and quality tools/software
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
⭐ Nice to Have
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Experience in supplier quality and audit processes
- Knowledge of electromechanical assemblies or robotics systems
