A well-established global manufacturer is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to help strengthen and scale its finance function during a period of significant transformation and growth.
This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the Controller and partnering closely with operations, production, sales, and executive leadership. You'll have the opportunity to help build processes, create reporting structures, improve forecasting, and turn large volumes of data into meaningful business decisions

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
- Analyze operational and financial performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Build and improve financial models, reporting tools, and KPI dashboards
- Partner with manufacturing, sales, and operations leaders to support decision making
- Support consolidation and reporting efforts across multiple business units
- Develop and document SOPs, reporting processes, and best practices
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within large datasets
- Drive process improvements and help continue the evolution of the FP&A function
What We're Looking For
- 4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
- Experience supporting operational leaders and business partners
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
