Marlborough, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

$80-$100K Bonus

A global publicly traded manufacturing company is hiring a newly created Financial Analyst to support a growing product business unit. This is a highly visible role with broad exposure across FP&A, business partnering, forecasting, budgeting, and operational analysis.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants true FP&A experience within a large, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business unit leadership on financial planning and analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly reporting
• Analyze actuals vs. forecast/budget and provide actionable business insights
• Build and maintain financial models and operational reporting
• Assist with sales analysis, KPI tracking, and ad hoc projects
• Drive process improvements and help enhance reporting tools and analytics
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Large company experience highly preferred
• Manufacturing or product-based industry background strongly preferred
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI, SQL, or BI/reporting tools are a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or related field
