- Assist with the development and enhancement of financial models and analytical tools
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within FP&A reporting and planning processes
- Analyze macroeconomic and industry trends impacting company performance
- Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and presentations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- 4 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively across finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Experience within a global public manufacturing or technology company is highly preferred
