KBW has partnered with a growing organization in Auburn, NH to identify an experienced Purchaser to manage sourcing, pricing, purchasing, and order tracking for project-related materials and internal operational supplies. This role works cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and optimized inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure technical components and company supplies, including preparing pricing requests and soliciting competitive bids
- Place purchase orders, maintain blanket POs, and manage open order reports to ensure on-time delivery
- Negotiate pricing when applicable and support freight cost optimization efforts
- Maintain ERP system data (EOQs, min/max levels, lead times) to prevent stockouts and optimize inventory
- Resolve PO discrepancies, invoicing and receiving issues, and perform vendor performance reviews
- 3 years of purchasing and/or quoting experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience purchasing technical components (WiFi, electrical, optical preferred)
- Understanding of Bills of Materials (BOM) and inventory audits
- Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills with high attention to detail
