Duties
- Responsible for preparing journal entries and reconciliations for approval by the Accounting Manager
- Prepare internal and/or external reporting to support business owners to ensure appropriate financial statement disclosure
- Assist Management with system implementations and testing
- Prepare analysis for Management and external auditors for quarterly and Annual analytical reviews
- Keep position procedure documentation up to date
- Communicate with vendors and internal associates to answer questions and resolve issues, including reconciliation and auditing of company records
- Investigate and analyze discrepancies and recommend issue resolution. Escalates as needed
- Prepare and run various daily, weekly and monthly reports; sort and distribute for use as necessary
- Assist with Company projects as assigned. Expected to cross-train in multiple department positions
- Develop reporting for internal or external use as needed.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required
- 4 years’ experience
- Strong Excel Skills
- Experience with ERP systems
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
