Position Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated team player to join our Global Finance Team. In this role, you will serve an instrumental role in supporting TAIT’s initiatives to modernize and streamline our travel and expense processes and reduce our T&E footprint. The role combines SAP Concur administration responsibilities with wider support of organizational efforts related to: reporting & analytics on T&E KPIs; credit card management; and implementation of automation and AI within SAP Concur and other T&E-related processes.

The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative and people-first approach to the role and support organizational efforts to enhance policies and controls in support of achieving meaningful and sustainable savings related to T&E for a global project-based business with significant spend. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with and build relationships with individuals across organization
- Management of our SAP Concur Platform
- Set-up and maintenance of end-user accounts
- Audit and review of expense reports for compliance with Company policy
- Resolution of exceptions and troubleshooting of system issues
- Monitor of past due approvals and reports
- Provide end-user training
- Participate in the integration of SAP Concur with our ERP system for new acquisitions
- Collaborate with SAP Concur support personnel to understand and drive best-in-class use of SAP Concur.
- Support enhanced reporting on T&E KPIs and other informational needs from SAP Concur
- Contribute to overall credit card management efforts
- Collaborate with others in the organization to support automation and implementation of AI in SAP Concur and related business processes
- Perform related finance responsibilities such as reconciliations of SAP Concur expenses and GL postings; expense accruals; and assistance with maintaining general ledger mapping in SAP Concur
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities may be assigned to meet the needs of the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 2 years of previous experience in SAP Concur platform management/administration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with end-users and cross-functional leadership.
- Proactive and pragmatic approach to problem solving and communication.
- Attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced project-based global organization.
