Immediately hiring an Operations Manager for a Marketing Agency based in Long Island City! Working with the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for seeing all projects from sale to delivery for clients

Responsibilities

  • Manages all operations for print and digital advertising, including overseeing shipping logistics and ensuring on time delivery
  • Ability to foresee any issue that may arise in client campaigns
  • Client communication to address issues and solve problems
  • Oversee production schedule for print advertising services

Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Strong organizational and math skills
  • Effective business communication skills
