We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of factory purchase orders. This position is essential to maintaining accuracy in order processing, enabling client service teams, and strengthening vendor partnerships. It works collaboratively across supply chain, finance, and customer experience functions, with an emphasis on efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Hybrid schedule: 3 on site 2 remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full purchase order lifecycle, from creation through final delivery
- Enter and maintain data within the ERP system
- Ensure purchase orders are accurate and up to date, including pricing, lead times, shipping status, and internal notes
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment delays
- Coordinate with internal teams to address order delays or shipping issues that may impact clients
- Support cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed
