What you’ll do
- Provide legal advice and representation in family and probate court matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, and protective orders
- Screen and support clients with a trauma-informed, empowerment-based approach
- Coordinate a panel of private attorneys who accept referrals on a reduced or pro bono basis
- Collaborate closely with counselors, advocates, and community partners
- Participate in agency leadership discussions and occasional staff trainings
- Support limited reporting and annual grant-related data collection tied to legal services
- Court time varies week to week — some weeks are heavier, others lighter — and travel is primarily local across Cape Cod.
