Deposit Operations Assistant Manager

A well-established financial services organization in the Boston area is looking to add a Deposit Operations Assistant Manager to their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced banking operations professional looking to take the next step in their career. This role will support daily back office operations while staying hands-on with wires, ACH, electronic payments, and deposit operations.
Responsibilities:
• Support and oversee daily deposit operations, wires, ACH processing, account maintenance, and electronic payments
• Review and approve domestic and international wire transfers while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist with team oversight, training, workflow improvements, and daily operational support
• Research and resolve transaction issues, exceptions, and discrepancies
• Partner with branch teams, accounting, compliance, and leadership on operational needs
• Assist with audits, procedures, internal controls, and process improvements
Qualifications:
• Banking, credit union, or financial services operations experience
• Strong experience with wires, ACH, deposit operations, and back office banking functions
• Leadership, supervisory, or senior operations experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
