Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior HR leadership to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition and workforce engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor recruitment team members by establishing hiring best practices, supporting inclusive recruitment initiatives, and maintaining service and performance expectations.
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process for assigned business units, including workforce planning consultations, position advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer facilitation.
- Conduct structured candidate assessments and maintain accurate recruitment documentation while ensuring fair and compliant hiring practices consistent with applicable employment regulations and company standards.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with applicants, hiring leaders, and internal partners to support a positive recruitment experience.
- Translate operational staffing needs into targeted sourcing strategies designed to attract highly qualified and diverse talent pipelines.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing methods using recruiting platforms, networking channels, digital outreach campaigns, and talent market research.
- Leverage workforce data, labor market trends, and recruitment reporting to support hiring recommendations and process optimization.
- Oversee pre-employment screening and onboarding coordination to ensure timely completion of hiring requirements and seamless new hire integration.
- Support the creation, review, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and process documentation in partnership with HR leadership.
- Produce and analyze recruiting and HR operational metrics to identify trends, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
- Participate in broader human resources programs related to employee engagement, performance support, retention, and workplace initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational employment guidelines and operational requirements.
- Provide flexible support across HR functions and special projects in response to evolving organizational priorities and business needs.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
