What you'll do
- Prospect and engage sales leaders at home services, D2D, and field sales companies
- Run outbound campaigns via cold call, email, LinkedIn, and video prospecting
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for account executives
- Use Parlay’s own AI coaching to sharpen your outreach skills daily
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets
What we're looking for
- 1 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (SaaS preferred)
- Hungry, competitive, and coachable — you want to get better every day
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity (calls, emails, social)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Bonus: Background in or selling to home services, D2D, or field sales industries
