What you'll do
- Own and execute the full-funnel marketing strategy from awareness to MQL
- Manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) with a focus on CAC efficiency
- Build and optimize SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page, and content planning
- Design and run email nurture campaigns and lifecycle marketing
- Analyze funnel metrics, run A/B tests, and report on pipeline attribution
- Collaborate with content, sales, and product to align messaging and positioning
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in B2B SaaS growth or demand gen marketing
- Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline through paid and organic channels
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in GA4, HubSpot, and attribution tools
- Experience running LinkedIn and Google Ads at $10K–$50K/mo budgets
- Can write compelling ad copy, landing pages, and email sequences
- Bonus: Experience marketing to sales leaders, home services, or field sales verticals
