Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience.
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving accurate change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or special events like banquets and catering functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and spirits expertise.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Previous experience in fine dining, hospitality industry roles, or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $23.61 - $35.00 per hour
