Lead HVAC Installer Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in HVAC installation required
- Residential experience required
- 10 years of experience preferred
- Clean MVR required
- Experience with hot water heaters and boilers required

Lead HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily installation of boilers and hot water heater systems
- Responsibilities include removing old units, running and connecting piping and gas lines, setting and wiring equipment
- Additional duties include starting up and testing systems, troubleshooting issues, and directing helpers on-site to complete jobs efficiently and up to code
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes during installations
