As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly skilled Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and delivers top‑quality home comfort solutions.

If you’re an experienced installer who enjoys guiding a team, creating great customer experiences, and completing installs the right way the first time, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential installation projects for HVAC systems (AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, IAQ products, etc.)
• Mentor and support installation helpers to ensure proper techniques and safety practices
• Perform system start‑ups, testing, and commissioning to confirm optimal performance
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Ensure all installations comply with code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth workflows

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train/mentor helpers
• EPA Certification required
• Strong understanding of installation best practices and system diagnostics
• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
• A positive attitude, high integrity, and commitment to quality
