Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up event spaces according to established plans and instructions.
- Arrange tables, displays, signage, promotional materials, and event supplies.
- Ensure event areas are clean, organized, and ready before activities begin.
- Help transport, organize, and store event materials.
- Support the team with on-site adjustments and setup requirements.
- Assist with dismantling displays and restoring spaces after events.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain an orderly working environment.
Qualifications
